If MINVIT is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. Trying the product does not void the guarantee.
How to start a return
Email drinkminvit@gmail.com with your order number, name and reason for returning. We will reply with return instructions and confirm whether any product needs to be sent back. Please do not mail a return without instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider determines how long the refund takes to appear. Contact us if a refund has not arrived.
Subscriptions
A refund request does not automatically cancel future renewals. Tell us if you also want to pause or cancel your subscription before its next renewal.
